Personal Financial Transaction Dataset for Anomaly Detection: Four User Spending Profiles

This dataset contains personal financial transaction data used to support the evaluation of an anomaly detection system for identifying excessive spending in web-based personal financial managers. The dataset consists of four user profiles, with each profile containing approximately four months of transaction data. All user datasets follow the same data structure but represent different spending patterns and transaction amounts. The data include transaction date, spending category, transaction amount, notes, and anomaly status. The dataset was prepared for experiments involving different user spending profiles and is provided as supplementary data for the corresponding research study. The anomaly status represents the output of the anomaly detection system and is not intended to represent a manually verified ground-truth label.
