Racial diversity at TD Bank Group 2019-2022

The share of racial minorities in the Canadian workforce of Toronto-Dominion Bank (TD Bank) increased between 2019 and 2022, not only in terms of the total workforce but in senior management and middle management as well. As of October 2022, the share of visible minorities in the total workforce was 42 percent, more than one percent higher than in the previous year. The share of minorities in senior management increased even more and stood at 24.9 percent in 2022.
