ESENTAI CITY Project (Kazakhstan): Factual Chronology and Analytical Reconstruction of Corporate and De Facto Control

This publication presents an analytical master dossier documenting the factual background, chronology of key events, and structural changes in corporate and de facto control related to the ESENTAI CITY investment and construction project in Almaty, Republic of Kazakhstan, implemented through AV-Construction LLP. The dossier provides a structured reconstruction of governance transformations, redistribution of control over assets and financial flows, and the roles of key participants, based on the aggregate of available factual circumstances.
