Single cell genome-wide gene expression profiling of human embryonic stem cells (hESCs) undergoing neuronal differentiation at four distinct time-points. hESCs are differentiated towards neuronal cells for 13 days, and sampled for downstream analysis at day 0, 6, 10 and 13 . Cells exposed to 50, 100, 200 and 400 nM citalopram from Day 1 were charachterised at Day 6, 10 and 13. Genome wide gene expression profiling of (n= 16) samples from human hESCs at day 0, and day 6, 10 and 13 of neuronal differentiation Submitters state "raw data is not provided due to data sensitivity. We have used embryonic stem cells and there is a possibility of tracing back data to the donor, thus we are not allowed to share raw data".
