Genetic diversity of Loquat. Eriobotrya japonica

Loquat has spread from its origins in southeastern China to cultivation areas all over the world. There are many loquat genetic resources collected from around the world with unknown origins, and the genetic background needs to be sorted out. Genetic diversity, principal component analysis, and structural analysis were conducted on 95 varieties and strains using SNP markers obtained by RAD-Seq using two restriction enzyme treatments.
