SAR11 alignment, phylogeny for Vergin et al. taxonomy

This dataset includes and alignment, a newick file, and a PDF of the phyloeny of the SAR11 sequences from the Vergin et al. 2013 manuscript and the 3 abundant SAR11 sequences we observed (Figure 2). The Accession numbers are listed as in their Extended Data Figure 1, or in some cases where they were not listed in the Vergin paper, clone names or isolates are named. Our OTU sequences are identified as "otu.sar11.*" where the * varies in accordance with the SILVA taxonomy as in Figure 2.
