Paarberatung, Paar-Stress und Lebensstiländerung - Anregungen zu Lebensstiländerungen und einer neuen Wertekultur anhand einer Paarstudie im prozesshaften Verlauf, um Synergien zu nutzen und somit Überlastungsphänomenen, Stress und Burnout zu begegnen

Obwohl Herr und Frau P. eine seit Jahren als anstrengend empfundene Beziehung im bio-psycho-sozialen Bereich gestalten, die sie über ihre Grenzen hinaus belastet und in einen Zustand des Burnout Syndroms gebracht hat, sind sie dennoch bisher ein Paar geblieben. Die Grundhaltungen der Integrativen Therapie, als Verfahren einer breit ansetzenden Humantherapie und Kulturarbeit, die den Menschen als Ganzen in seiner Lebensspanne und in seinem Kontext/Kontinuum betrachtet und zugleich auch Leib- und Soziotherapie ist wie auch ökologische und noetische Ansätze in die Behandlung einbezieht, scheint für das Paar hilfreich gewesen zu sein, um verlässliche Lebensstilveränderungen, die die Natur des Menschen berücksichtigen, zu gestalten. Even though Mr. and Mrs. P. have lived in a relationship of a bio-psycho-social nature for some years – that has been perceived as strenuous and that has brought them to their personal limits and put them into a state of burnout syndrome – they have still remained a couple up to this point. The stance of the integrative therapy as a method of a broadly applying human therapy and cultural work, that regards human beings as a whole in their own lifespan development and in their own context/continuum and withal integrates both body and social therapy as well as ecological and noetic approaches into therapy.
