Representatives entered in the register of representatives at the Office

Authorised representatives in the field of industrial property rights are: 1. Patent agents, 2. Trademark agents, industrial designs, geographical indications and designations of origin of goods and services, and topography of semiconductor goods (trade mark representatives). The right to practise as an authorised representative in the territory of the Republic of Croatia is acquired by registration in the Register. The Office shall issue a decision on registration in the Register if the conditions for registration in the Register of Authorised Representatives are met. Any changes to the data on the basis of an application for registration of changes shall be entered in the Register, accompanied by evidence of the change made. The data from the Register and the registration of any changes in the Register shall be published in the Office’s official journal.
