Applied tests for the Central American and Caribbean Chemistry Olympiad 2022

Several prestigious international competitions, including the Central American and Caribbean Chemistry Olympiad, are intended to promote the study of chemistry and to develop young talents in the field. In Havana, Cuba, the XV Central American and XIII Caribbean Chemistry Olympiad was held between November 14 and 19, 2022. Five countries participated, including Cuba, Honduras, Guatemala, El Salvador, and Panama (as an observer). This dataset presents the exams administered to the students at the event as well as the instructions provided before starting the exam. Ideally, these exams will be used as instruments in research pertaining to the teaching and learning of chemistry.
