WFS service of the urban development plan “Bebauungplan Vormberg Part I 1. Planaenderung” of the municipality of Sinzheim, which was transformed according to INSPIRE, based on an XPlanung dataset in version 5.0.辛茨海姆（Sinzheim）市镇的《Bebauungplan Vormberg Part I 1. Planaenderung》城市开发规划所对应的网络要素服务（Web Feature Service，WFS），该服务以5.0版本的XPlanung数据集为基础，已按照欧洲空间信息基础设施（Infrastructure for Spatial Information in the European Community，INSPIRE）标准完成转换处理。
