We compared the expression of lncRNAs and mRNAs in the liver tissue of mice infected with C. sinensis, in order to further understand the molecular mechanisms of clonorchiasis. Overall design: Mice were divided into two groups randomly with three mice per group, and each mouse in the infected group was orally infected with 100 metacercariae.The mice in both infected and control groups were sacrificed at 4 wpi,and then liver samples were selected for lncRNA microarray analysis.
