Genome sequence analysis of Actinophytocola sp. KF-1. Actinophytocola sp. strain:KF-1

Actinophytocola sp. KF-1 was isolated from the on-campus soil of Suzukakedai, Tokyo Institute of Technology. The KF-1 strain exhibited degradation activity toward poly(3-hydroxy-2-methylbutyrate-co-3-hydroxybutyrate) [P(3H2MB-co-3HB)]. The purpose of the project is to identify the P(3H2MB-co-3HB)-degrading enzyme in the KF-1 strain.
