List of tourist rentals

Register of tourist rentals. Tourist leases mean those leases — which have as their object residential properties, — which have a duration of not more than 30 days, and — which are concluded by natural persons outside the exercise of business activities (Article 4 of Legislative Decree No 50/2017, converted into Law 96/2017). The data are collected in implementation of the current legislation on tourism statistics: regional Law No 8/2017 introduced the survey of tourist demand and supply relating to tourist leases active in the regional territory (Article 40), thus providing for them, inter alia, to be notified for statistical purposes (Article 36(4) and (5)).
