Global rarity of high-integrity tropical rainforests for threatened and declining vertebrates

The Excel workbook contains processed data in the form of humid tropical rainforest area under a gradient of structural condition and integrity within the ranges of Mammal, Bird, Reptile and Amphibian species. These data are derived from the Structural Condition Index (SCI) and Forest Structural Integrity Index (FSII) datasets. The associated README text file contains metadata to describe the data in the Excel workbook. R code to replicate statistical analyses are provided in the respective scripts.
