Successive County Court Rules have required the registrar of the court to keep a record of all verdicts, orders and judgements of the court. The verdict book is the authoritative record of the court.This series was used to maintain a record of verdict on all common law actions.Details recorded include:- Case number- Names of the plaintiff and defendant- The amount of the claim,- Date of hearing and- The order of the Judge and costs.
