Legislative constituencies are the territorial framework for the election of each deputy to the National Assembly, deputies elected by direct universal suffrage for a renewable 5-year term (unless the legislature is interrupted by dissolution, Article 24 of the Constitution). This division was seized by SIGU on the basis of documents transmitted by the prefecture through the electoral department of the City of Le Havre.
