為確實掌握非紙質類檔案保存狀況，爰辦理國家檔案清查作業，除掌握典藏數量外，亦藉以發現檔案異常及劣化情形，以儘速進行相關處置，俾使檔案典藏管理達到正確性、準確性與可用性之工作目標。In order to accurately grasp the preservation status of non-paper archival materials, the national archival inventory operation is carried out. Besides tracking the total quantity of archival holdings, this initiative also helps identify abnormal conditions and degradation of archives, enabling timely implementation of relevant remedial measures, so as to attain the operational objectives of correctness, accuracy and usability in archival collection management.
