Albumin and the association between systemic inflammation and Model for End-Stage Liver Disease score in cirrhosis: a cross-sectional decomposition analysis
收藏资源简介:
This dataset accompanies the manuscript “Albumin and the association between systemic inflammation and Model for End-Stage Liver Disease score in cirrhosis: a cross-sectional decomposition analysis.” It contains de-identified participant-level analytical data for 463 hospitalized adults with cirrhosis, with 26 variables covering demographic characteristics, cirrhosis etiology, comorbidities, complications, inflammatory markers, serum albumin, disease severity, nutritional risk, and physical-function measurements. The study is retrospective and cross-sectional; no prospective outcome follow-up is included. The deposited files comprise the analytical dataset (analysis data.csv), a data dictionary (Data Dictionary.xlsx), and a README describing the dataset, variable coding, analytical samples, and instructions for use. The NRS 2002 variable represents binary nutritional risk rather than the original total score.
