IE-0392 Genome sequencing. Tellurirhabdus bombi strain:IE-0392

A Gram-stain-negative, aerobic, non-motile and rod-shaped bacterium, designated strain IE-0392, was isolated from a Bombus sample in Baoji City, Shaanxi Province, Fengxian contury. The cells showed oxidase-negative and catalase-positive reactions. The predominant respiratory quinone was MK-7. The cellular polar lipids contained phosphatidylethanolamine, phosphatidylserine, unidentified aminophospholipid and unidentified lipid.. The genomic DNA G+C content of the draft genome sequence, consisting of 4.9Mb, was 48.88 mol%. Phylogenetic analysis based on 16S rRNA gene sequences showed that strain IE-0392 should be affiliated to the family Spirosomaceae.
