This series is the psychological and behavioural assessment of residents at Kamballa.The papers contain a variety of assessment reports and forms. These are: Observation summary sheets for the units of needle work, home science and academic. The forms record the resident's name and date and an assessment of the following: behaviour, appearance, co-operation, attitude to task, competence at task, peer relationship and comments.Psychological assessment forms. These are printed forms with the resident's name and date at the top of the page. The forms contain heading such as: emotional stability, attitude towards adults, capable of learning from adults etc. below these headings are a list of pre-determined responses where the assessor has ticked an appropriate response.There are also pages containing a 3-4 line, handwritten behavioural assessment of residents. These pages contain the names of multiple residents and sometimes a transcription of conversations between residents.The papers are arranged in chronological order.
