TCR-sequencing of KSHV-specific T cell clones (scRNAseq)

In this study, we sequenced the T cell receptor of a previously isolated T cell clone specific for KSHV LANA (Sabbah et al., doi: 10.1182/blood-2011-07-36). 10'000 freshly thawed T cells were processed using the 10X Genomics Chromium Next GEM Single Cell 5' Reagent Kits v2 (Dual Index). TCRa and TCRß sequences were obtained through single cell RNA sequencing on a Illumina Novaseq 6000. Sequencing was performed by the Functional Genomics Center Zurich.
