Pheripheral blood cells expression data from 18 hemochromatosis patients, with various mutations for hemochromatosis, and 6 gender and aged matched healty controls.

Using PAXgene tubes, pheripheral blood samples were colleted from 18 hemochromatosis patients. The patients were dividen into two groups; 12 patients that were C282Y homozygotes (group 1) and 6 patients who were H63D homozygotes or H63D/C282Y heterozygotes (group 2). Expression profiles were compared with 6 gender and aged matched healthy controls (group 3). 18 patients samples and 6 control samples were performed. ***Please note that all sample records have been updated on Feb 26, 2020 as per submitter's request.
