Aromatic components and endophytic fungi during agarwood formation in Aquilaria sinensis induced by exogenous substances

This study aimed to use high-throughput sequencing ro identify the endophytic fungal groups in the Aquilaria sinensis xylem. The next step focused on analyzing the diversity of fungi and the links between aromatic components and endophytic fungi.
