mapping p53 binding sites in mouse embryonic stem cells

p53 regulates the differentiation of mouse embryonic stem cells. However, our knowledge to this critical tumor suppressive function is limited. Here, we use ChIP-seq to map the whole-genome binding sites of p53 and found a previous un-identified cross-regulatory network of p53-mediated gene network and ES cells stemness gene network.
