Simulated data, simulation parameters and target trees, simulation results

Data and result file from "Phylogenomic mixture models outperform homogeneous and partitioned models".The repository provides:1) a spreadsheet with all the results we extracted from the output of our analyses and that were used in the paper.2) The full structure of directories used in our simulations including all the datasets and results files analysed. For the Bayesian analyses we did not include chain files as they are too large. But all the trace and tree file as well as files summarising the posterior predictive tests are included.Note: This text has been modified after publication to reflect editorial changes in the title of the paper and to correct an error about the description of how the data are presented in this repository.
