Test data associated with the scBAMpler tool. See docs/build_testdata.sh for derivation. (1) HEPG2_subset.bam/bai Subset of 2,000 random cell barcodes from a scATAC-seq dataset of HEPG2 accessed from ENCODE. (2) HEPG2_subset_standardized_500bp.bed Standardized 500bp peaks called on HEPG2_subset.bam, exclusion filtered. (3) union_standardized_500bp.bed Standardized 500bp peaks iteratively merged across all three cell lines (HEPG2, K562, MCF7), exclusion filtered. (4) peakmat_input.h5 Peak-by-cell accessibility matrix plus UMAP/tSNE embeddings for three cell lines combined (HEPG2, K562, MCF7). Derived with ArchR. (5) example_output.tar.gz Example output for the tutorial.
