Food insecurity estimated calculations by Feeding America. Feeding America does not aggregate ZIP Code Tabulation Area (ZCTA) or census tract estimates up to the county or food bank service area level, or to the congressional district or state level. Estimates for those geographies are produced independently of ZIP Code Tabulation Area (ZCTA) and census tract estimates. Subcounty estimates are based in part on 5-year unemployment data from the American Community Survey (ACS).
