The files average_sum_square_differences_1subvoxel.txt, average_sum_square_differences_8subvoxel.txt, average_sum_square_differences_64subvoxel.txt contain data that describe the convergence of the 3D tomographic reconstruction based on the average sum of squared differences between the experimental and forward projections. Origin of the data: A single dataset of a fixed and stained cells that is acquired with a beam energy of 13.8keV is processed as described in the materials and methods part to obtain the coordinates of the BaSO4 grains and a description of the movement of the cell in the optical stretcher. How to use: Read and plot the data with your preferred tool.
