The information given in these volumes includes: year and number of plaint, number of home execution or number of foreign execution, day and hour on which warrant applied for, date of issue and re-issue, issuing court, judgment creditor, judgment debtor, residence, fi fa or ca sa, when delivered to bailiff or sent to foreign court, foreign court to which sent, amount of debt or damages and costs due, fee for issuing warrant, total amount to be levied, date of arrest or levy, and final return. Volume 7/9092 is entitled an "Execution Book" and includes only writs of execution issued by the District Court, Walgett. volumes 7/9091 and 7/9093, however, include executions issued by foreign courts as well as executions issued by the District Court, Walgett, the Home Court.
