The primary objective of this study was to analyze different types of carcinoma using the Illumina TruSight Oncology 500 assay. Formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded, and fresh-frozen samples of lung, colorectal, and breast carcinoma were analyzed. The TSO 500 assay enabled the analysis of both tumor DNA and RNA.
