The transcriptome of L. hormozganensis CBS339.90 grown at 25 °C and 37 °C was sequenced by Illumina TruSeq. The aim of this study was to understand the effect that temperatures have on the biology of L. hormozganensis strain CBS339.90, specifically on the molecular effectors of pathogenesis. L. hormozganensis was grown in PBD medium at 25 ºC and 37 ºC. The transcriptome of CBS339.90 was sequenced by Illumina TruSeq to characterise the differential expression at both temperatures.
