acute hypoxic stress after siRNA silencing on common carp

In order to understand the effects of hypoxia stress on the downstream genes of common fish after silencing hif-1alpha gene, the target genes of common fish were silenced by intraperitoneal injection of siRNA, and then acute hypoxia environment was simulated according to the tolerance parameters of carp's tolerance to hypoxia and general water environment.
