Municipal summary sheet

The municipal summary sheet is a value provided by the Survey of Infrastructure and Local Equipment (EIEL), regulated in Article 4 of Royal Decree 835/2003, of June 27, and reflects a quantitative and qualitative analysis of municipal competition services. It constitutes a municipal inventory, of a census nature, which aims to periodically know the situation and the level of provision of local infrastructure and equipment, in order to be able to assess the needs of these sectors and allow a correct distribution of resources through better planning of the public investments that public administrations make in municipalities.
