Candida albicans strain:H892 | breed:Candida | cultivar:haploid Raw sequence reads

The PBSeq library preparation protocol exploits tagmentation to quickly and efficiently construct sequencing libraries. We further present an analysis pipeline to analyze the transposon insertion sites in de novo assembled haploid C. albicans genome. The entire protocol takes ~7 d from transposition induction to having a final library ready for sequencing. This protocol greatly facilitates the genetic study of C. albicans and is also applicable to other haploid Candida species.
