Top-Down Structural Characterization of Native Ubiquitin Combining Solution Stable Isotope Labelling, Trapped Ion Mobility Spectrometry and Tandem Electron Capture Dissociation Mass Spectrometry

This dataset includes raw files from the HDX/HDbX analysis of native states of ubiquitin using four different ubiquitin electrospray solution conditions; (i) single tip not deuterated, (ii) theta tip for online SIL HDX, (iii) single tip SIL deuterated and (iv) theta tip for online SIL HDbX, by nESI-TIMS-q-ECD MS/MS.
