Scientific Term Definitions: UCLP Framework (IOE – EVC – ALE)

This work expands the scientific classification of the Unidentified Circular Light Phenomenon (UCLP). In addition to Intrinsic Optical Emission (IOE), two new terms are introduced: Electromagnetic Visible Conversion (EVC), explaining how non-visible IR/UV radiation becomes visible through imaging sensors, and Active Light Emission (ALE), describing adaptive luminous responses to external stimuli. Together, IOE, EVC, and ALE establish a systematic framework that distinguishes UCLP from bioluminescence, optical artifacts, and atmospheric phenomena.
