Comparative analysis of time-dependent effects of dynamic stretch on gene expression in neonatal rat cardiomyocytes

The present study focuses on the identification of the gene expression profile of neonatal rat cardiomyocytes (NRVCMs) after dynamic mechanical stretch through microarrays of RNA isolated from cells stretched for 2, 6 or 24 h.本研究旨在通过RNA微阵列技术，对经2小时、6小时或24小时动态机械牵拉的新生大鼠心肌细胞（neonatal rat cardiomyocytes, NRVCMs）所提取的RNA进行分析，以鉴定该类细胞的基因表达谱。
