Action Coeur de Ville Program 2018-2022 in Burgundy Franche-Comté

Municipalities proposed to the Action Coeur de Ville programme in the Burgundy-Franche-Comtéau region 14 February 2018 by ministerial instruction of 10 January 2018, and the result of the beneficiary municipalities and not retained in December 2018. Following reflections undertaken with the Departmental Prefectures, the Regional Directorates, INSEE (to shed light on the fragility of the cities concerned), the Caisse des Dépôts, Action logement and the Regional Council, 24 cities were proposed: \- 6 cities for promotion 1, \- 7 cities for promotion 2, \- 11 cities for promotion 3 (of which 3 for a joint application). These are mainly the cities centre of the large urban areas of the region, and also higher service cluster (in the INSEE classification). Appropriations under common law may be mobilised from these cities, in particular DETR, DSIL or the territorial component of the CPER. Caisse des Dépôts has indicated that it can also accompany these communities. The results were known in December 2018, 15 cities were selected beneficiaries and 9 (of which 3 for a joint application) were not selected by the Prefect of Region.
