Data and scripts: Millennial-scale sensitivity of Pine Island and Thwaites Glaciers to effective pressure and ocean melt parameterisations

Matt Trevers - University of Bristol - matt.trevers@bristol.ac.uk This directory contains data files and BISICLES input scripts required to run the simulations in the study: Millennial-scale sensitivity of Pine Island and Thwaites Glaciers toeffective pressure and ocean melt parameterisations It also contains the python scripts and .csv data files needed to produce the figures from the manuscript. Amongst other python modules, the python scripts require the amrfile module, which is distributed with BISICLES in the code/libamrfile directory (please refer to BISICLES build instructions) The raw .hdf5 files produced by BISICLES are not included due to disk space constraints. These are available from the authors upon request, or can be produced by running the BISICLES ice flow model on the scripts in each directory. The version of the open-source BISICLES ice flow model used in this study is available for download from https://zenodo.org/records/18773165 (https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.18773165). User documentation for BISICLES is available at https://cpom-land-ice-modelling.github.io/bisicles-uob/. In order to run the scripts, please set the following environment variable:PYTHONPATH=[path_to_this_directory]/python
