DSI – regional plan, vector – transfer

‘Regional plan, vector – transfer’ is a dataset in digital vector format of the transfer of the regional plans. Overtransfers are to be considered as “additional” requirements in addition to those defined in the ground surfaces. Pressure relief requirements are additional and thus do not replace those linked to the underlying surfaces. Multiple transfers may occur in the same location. No rights can be derived from the cards based on this dataset. The information contained in the maps is purely informative and not legally binding. In order to clarify the legal planning context of a given plot or area, you should contact the town planning department of the relevant municipal authority. The digital regional plans were created on the basis of the original regional plan (amendment) and were drawn up on a map scale 1/10.000. Consequently, this digital version is only suitable for mid-scale use, in particular with a maximum use scale 1/10.000. The combined consultation of this file with large-scale percel cards is not cartographic correct and does not provide an answer to the legally prescriptive planning context of a plot. This digital file has been compiled with the utmost care, based on the original, legally applicable regional plans. However, it is not excluded that certain information may be outdated, incomplete or incorrect. The information presented cannot therefore be regarded as a ‘certified copy’ of the original regional plan (amendments). This dataset was produced by vectorisation of the maps of the 25 regional plans adopted in the period 1976-1980. These maps are drawn up on a map scale of 1: 10.000. All adjustments resulting from the later approved regional plan changes have been integrated into the dataset. In the event that Armates of the Council of State were pronounced which led to the destruction of certain parts of the regional plans, in almost all cases, the regional plan was restored to the state prior to the destruction.
