Construction of seed development-germination regulation network and identification of key genes under temperature stress in wheat. Triticum aestivum

Promoting seed germination after short episodes of heat stress during the wheat grain filling stage is a serious problem that results in pre-harvest sprouting. This project will comprehensively analyze the molecular mechanism of wheat seed development and germination under temperature stress from multiple perspectives, such as seed traits during wheat seed development and germination stage, cell structure, multi-omics regulatory network and evaluation of key gene functions.
