Datasets

This .zip file contains all of the datasets pertinent to this project. Names of each are specific to the attached code.

Files included:

Folder `ir_data`: contains infrared sensor data for the control (`control_forage_data`) and heat wave chamber (`heat_forage_data`).

Folder `plant_data`: contains flower counts (`flower_per_trial.csv`) and nectar measurements (`gh_heatwave_nectar.csv`).

Folder `temp_data`: Raspberry pi temperature sensor readings from the control foraging chamber (`control_chamber_temps` folder), heat wave foraging chamber (`hot_chamber_temps` folder), and plant treatment chambers (`plantcook_temps` folder).

Folder `visitation_data`: contains the raw and cleaned foraging behavior/plant visitation data for each trial.

File `trial_data.csv`: The treatment information, time, notes, file names, etc. of each of the 40 trials.
