The knowledge of the geology of our territory and the processes that determine its evolution is a factor of great importance, always recognised as a priority by the Administration of the Autonomous Province of Trento. The geological map is made by combining different information. The substrate level is part of this information and serves to collect data on the different geological formations that belong to the rocky substrate, thus excluding all surface coverings.
