Single Nucleotide Polymorphism filtered data for "An integrative appraisal of the diversity of the genus Myotis (Chiroptera, Vespertilionidae) in Chile"
收藏资源简介:
This DataSet contains the genotypes of 80 specimens of the genus Myotis from Chile obtained with the method from Diversity Arrays Technology Pty Ltd (Canberra, Australia) using the DArTseq pipeline (Kilian et al., 2012). SNPs were called using Eptesicus fuscus (GCA_027574615.1, Paulat et al., 2022) and Myotis yumanensis (GCA_028538775.1; Curti et al., 2023). Data filtering was conducted in dartR v2.9.9.5, removing SNPs with reproducibility below 0.95, missing from more than 70 % of samples, occurring in the same fragment as other SNPs (to avoid linkage), or monomorphic loci. We also excluded loci deviating from Hardy–Weinberg equilibrium (α = 0.05) and those whose minor allele occurred in a single individual. The final dataset comprised 19,707 high-quality SNPs.
