NGS Sequencing of Commercial Chicken's Oropharyngeal Swab

This project is part of the upcoming Virology and Vaccine Institute of the Philippines. The project is entitled, Isolation and Purification of Philippine Common Viruses with Medical Importance and Pandemic Potential for Antigen-Antibody Studies. One of the specific objectives of the project is to determine the viral profiles of local populations of chickens with regards to influenza virus strains thru genomic sequencing and and antigen typing.
