Natural phage-resistant variants of Pseudomonas protegens. Single nucleotide switches confer phage resistance to Pseudomonas protegens in vitro.

We sequenced several phage-resistant variants of Pseudomonas protegens CHA0 following the exposure to the phage GP100. We identify several SNPs that are responsible for the emergence of phage resistance in vitro.
