Supplementary data and analytical materials for "Open regulatory data for transformer-level distributed-PV screening: Evidence and governance implications from Chile"

This repository contains the processed transformer-level datasets for ENEL and CGE, methodological documentation, scenario outputs, supplementary analyses, and reproducible materials supporting the manuscript "Open regulatory data for transformer-level distributed-PV screening: Evidence and governance implications from Chile". The repository allows replication of the analytical workflow, including data preprocessing, PV-to-transformer capacity ratio (PVTR) calculations, scenario analysis, reproducibility audit, and spatial aggregation used in the study.
