Genome sequences of seven new Sorangium species

Phenotypic and phylogenetic analyses revealed seven new species of Sorangium: S. ambruticinum (So ce176; DSM 53252, NCCB 100639), S. arenae (So ce1078; DSM 105768, NCCB 100643), S. bulgaricum (So ce321; DSM 53339, NCCB 100640), S. dawidii (So ce362; DSM 105767, NCCB 100641), S. kenyense (So ce375; DSM 105741, NCCB 100642), S. orientale (So ceGT47; DSM 105742, NCCB 100638), and S. reichenbachii (So ce1828; DSM 105769, NCCB 100644). The genomes of seven type strains were sequenced.
