Realized value of investment for Nusantara city development Indonesia 2024, by source

As of January 2024, the majority of investment realization for Nusantara development came from private investors, amounting to over 39 trillion Indonesian rupiah. The Indonesian government is currently developing the Capital City of Nusantara (Ibu Kota Nusantara/IKN), which is located in East Kalimantan, to replace Jakarta as its national capital. The development of Nusantara has started at the end of 2022 and is aimed to be fully completed by 2045. The government estimated that Nusantara would be ready to be occupied and inaugurated in 2024.
