Gene expression profile at single vell level of growth plate chondrocytes [scRNA-seq]

Gowth plate chondrocytes include heterogenous cell population and cellular diversity of these chondrocytes remains to be elucidated. We used single cell RNA sequencing to uncover the diverssity of growth plate chondrocytes and identify noel marker genes selectively expressed in pre-hypertrophic chondrocytes. Growth plate chondrocytes of the Col11a2-enh-ZsGreen mice were isolated by FACS and analyzed using scRNAseq生长板软骨细胞（Growth plate chondrocytes）是一类具有异质性的细胞群体，其细胞多样性尚待阐明。本研究采用单细胞RNA测序（single cell RNA sequencing）解析生长板软骨细胞的多样性，并鉴定出选择性表达于前肥大软骨细胞（pre-hypertrophic chondrocytes）的新型标记基因。研究人员通过荧光激活细胞分选术（Fluorescence Activated Cell Sorting, FACS）分离Col11a2增强子-ZsGreen小鼠的生长板软骨细胞，并采用scRNAseq进行分析。
